MedConfo provides information and registration services for medical conferences, scientific meetings, educational events, workshops, and related professional activities.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• Your professional or institutional information, where required, is accurate.
• Any information submitted for certificates, invitations, visas, abstracts, or other conference purposes is truthful.
• Registration details are not shared or transferred without authorization.

MedConfo reserves the right to decline, cancel, or modify a registration where information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate.

3. Registration Fees and Payment

Conference registration fees will be displayed on the relevant event registration page.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Fees are payable in the currency specified on the registration page.
• Payment must be completed through the available payment method before registration is considered confirmed.
• Any applicable bank charges, currency-conversion charges, payment-processing fees, or international transaction charges are the responsibility of the participant.
• A registration confirmation may be issued following successful payment.

MedConfo may modify registration fees before registration is completed. The applicable fee will be the fee displayed at the time the participant completes registration.

4. Cancellation, Refunds and Registration Transfers

Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the conference. The specific cancellation policy displayed on the relevant conference registration page will apply.

Unless a different event-specific policy is stated:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Register@medconfo.com.
• Approved refunds may be subject to applicable administrative and payment-processing charges.
• Refund eligibility will depend on the time remaining before the conference.
• Registration transfers may be permitted subject to approval and availability.
• Requests submitted after the stated cancellation or transfer deadline may not be eligible for a refund or transfer.

Where an event-specific cancellation policy differs from these general Terms & Conditions, the event-specific policy will take precedence.

5. Conference Postponement, Rescheduling or Cancellation

MedConfo reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify, or cancel an event when circumstances make it necessary.

Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Public health emergencies
• Government restrictions
• Travel restrictions
• War or civil unrest
• Terrorism or security concerns
• Strikes or industrial action
• Fire or structural problems
• Cybersecurity incidents Power, internet, or
• telecommunications failures
• Venue-related problems
• Other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organizers

Where an event is postponed or rescheduled, registrations may, at the organizers’ discretion, be transferred to the revised event date or another appropriate conference.

Any applicable refund or credit arrangements will be communicated to registered participants.

The conference program is subject to change.

MedConfo and/or the conference organizers reserve the right to modify:

• Speakers
• Topics
• Session timings
• Program content
• Workshops
• Venue
• Conference dates
• Event format
• In-person, virtual, or hybrid delivery
• Other event arrangements

Every reasonable effort will be made to communicate significant changes to registered participants.

7. Speakers and Scientific Content

Conference speakers, presenters, institutions, and other contributors are responsible for the content of their presentations.

Information presented during a conference is intended primarily for professional education and scientific discussion.

Conference content should not be interpreted as individualized medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

MedConfo does not necessarily endorse every opinion, statement, product, treatment, or recommendation expressed by individual speakers or participants.

8. Abstracts, Presentations and Submissions

Where an event accepts abstracts, posters, presentations, papers, or other submissions, the submitting author confirms that:

• The submitted material is their own work or they have the necessary authorization to submit it.
• The submission does not knowingly infringe another person’s intellectual-property rights.
• Required permissions and approvals have been obtained.
• The information provided during submission is accurate.

MedConfo and/or the conference scientific committee may review, accept, reject, or request modifications to submissions according to the applicable conference guidelines.

9. Travel, Accommodation and Visas

Participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own:

• Flights and transportation
• Accommodation
• Travel insurance
• Visa applications and related costs
• Meals and personal expenses
• Other travel-related arrangements

Where accommodation, travel information, or hotel recommendations are provided through the website, such information is provided for convenience.

MedConfo is not responsible for losses, cancellations, delays, visa refusals, or other problems associated with independently arranged travel or accommodation.

10. Code of Conduct

Serious or repeated violations may result in removal from the event without refund and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

By attending an event, participants acknowledge that their image, voice, or appearance may appear in conference photographs, videos, recordings, websites, social media, or other promotional materials.
